Guests between the ages of 5 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may not participate in the tour independently.
If the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemic-related reasons, a full refund will be issued.
If a guest cancels the tour due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tour price will apply.
